MyConvergenceAssistant ("the Service") utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and automated data analysis to provide curated risk intelligence, research, and informational insights.

• NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: The information provided, including but not limited to AI Companion responses, Risk Assessments, and Action Plans, is for EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice.
• ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Great Convergence involves complex, unpredictable global shifts. AI-generated insights and probabilistic timelines are projections based on current patterns and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk.
• CONSULT PROFESSIONALS: You should always consult with qualified professionals (e.g., financial advisors, attorneys, medical doctors) before making significant life, business, or financial decisions. MyConvergenceAssistant is a tool for awareness, not a substitute for professional judgment.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Planetgel-O Enterprises LLC shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided by the Service.

At MyConvergenceAssistant, we strive to provide high-quality risk intelligence. For our $14.99/month Community Member tier, all sales are generally final and non-refundable due to the immediate availability of our proprietary digital content.

• GENERAL POLICY: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual term.
• CANCELLATION: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Community Member features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
• STATUTORY RIGHTS (EU/UK/EEA): If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights, you may be entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not accessed the premium features. By accessing these features, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, contact mycasupport@planetgel-o.com.
• SERVICE ERRORS: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing the Service for a significant period (over 72 hours), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated credit or refund.

To ensure uninterrupted access to the Great Convergence Tracker and Community features, MyConvergenceAssistant subscriptions are set to auto-renew.

• RENEWAL TERMS: Your "Community Member" subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate (currently $14.99/month) unless you cancel.
• AUTHORIZATION: By subscribing, you authorize MyConvergenceAssistant (via Stripe) to charge your stored payment method for the renewal term.
• CANCELLATION PROCESS: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time by navigating to "Account Settings > Billing" and selecting "Cancel Subscription." You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
• NOTIFICATION: We will send a reminder email prior to any annual renewal charges. For monthly subscriptions, your receipt acts as notice of the upcoming month's charge.
• CALIFORNIA RIGHTS: In accordance with the California Auto-Renewal Law (ARL), we provide this clear disclosure and an online cancellation mechanism as detailed above.

Planetgel-O Enterprises LLC ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your data. This policy meets the requirements of the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA (California).

• AI DATA USAGE: Interactions with the AI Companion provide personalized insights. We do not use your personal Risk Assessment scores to train foundational AI models without your explicit opt-in.
• EU/UK REPRESENTATION: Direct all privacy-related requests to mycasupport@planetgel-o.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request."

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and security (authentication and CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
